Projects

Legacy specializes in remodels and additions to homes in the north and northwest suburbs of Chicago. We have also completed new homes in the area as well. Most of our work is done on the North Shore and we are very adept at following architectural specifications and providing materials and workmanship to maintain the level of craftsmanship, which occurs in many of the older homes that we work in.

Many of our projects involve historical renovation. We work with subcontractors who are able to produce materials and woodwork, which will match the existing home. Our work has been featured in the Wilmette Historical Society’s house walk. We have completed several projects in excess of one million dollars, but have also done many simple room additions as well. We provide the same level of attention and detail to our projects, no matter what the size.
